Absolutely not! All classes are designed for every expereince level, including beginners. Each class and movement offers modifications to suit your current abilities. While I encourage progress, it's crucial to listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. The goal is to progress at your own pace, so you can enjoy the benefits of improved mobility without feeling overwhelmed or strained.

While stretching is certainly beneficial, it often only provides temporary relief. Mobility work, on the other hand, goes deeper, actively targeting your joints' full range of motion. This focused approach can lead to lasting improvements in flexibility, range of motion, and pain reduction.

Repeating mobility movements trains your brain and muscles to move more efficiently. The first time you try a new movement, it might feel awkward. However, consistent practice allows your body to adapt, making the movement smoother and more natural. This leads to improved flexibility, reduced pain, and enhanced performance. By consistently practicing these movements, you'll strengthen neural connections, improve muscle memory, and enhance your body's awareness.

Most classes and exercises were desgined to be done anywhere, such as your living room or bedroom, with little to no equipment. Optional equipment that can enhance your practice includes a chair, a wall, a light resistance band, a pillow, and yoga blocks.

While many will see improvements in just four weeks, everyone’s journey is unique because every body is unqiue. Some people notice changes quickly, while others may take a bit longer. And that’s ok! The great thing is, the programs are yours to keep for the duration of your membership! You can repeat them as often as you'd like, or use them as a warm-up for your workouts.
